Dedicated to his beloved Aunt “Pooh Bear” who passed away from Covid-19 in 2020 and his mother Becky Lynn Drummond who stood by Harold's side, Martinez’s memoir preserves both the intimate moments and larger-than-life adventures that shaped a man who “worked through the brutal ranks” to earn his detective’s badge at a remarkably young age—and whose determination to save
